International Highlights Blog Hop

Today I'm participating in Kylie Bertucci's Blog Highlights, where the theme is "thank you".  So let me first thank you for visiting!  I hope you'll visit the other cards featured in the Highlights, and please vote for your favorites (mine included, of course! 😁) by going here to place your vote.

Today is Day 2 of my Week of Misty Moonlight, featuring this beautiful In Color.

Misty Moonlight is one of my favorite colors, and it pairs so well with other blues, reds or pinks.  Today I used the gorgeous Sand & Sea Designer Series Paper for the background, which includes Seaside Spray--these two colors pair beautifully!  (And Seaside Spray is one of the 2019-21 In Colors, which will be retiring in May 😢).

A Stitched So Sweetly Rectangle of Basic White cardstock was stamped with one of the images from Inspiring Iris.  The flower was stamped with Seaside Spray, and over-stamped with Misty Moonlight, for a little depth.  This layer was added to a piece of Vellum, and then to another die-cut Misty Moonlight.

I love the patterned paper in the background, don't you?  All this card needed was a little Seaside Spray Bakers Twine to finish it off.

Thanks for visiting today; please take a minute to vote for your favorite cards here.
