I had such fun creating this, with the music notes, the handsome Designer Series Paper, and the bright color of Lemon Lime Twist (oh how I'll miss that when it retires in June! Next I ran another rectangle of Lemon Lime Twist through the Big Shot twice: once with the Rectangle Stitched Framelits, and again with the Corrugated Embossing Folder. Makes for a nice textured layer that contrasts with the diagonal stripes of the DSP.
The sentiment from Lemon Zest is stamped directly on Lemon Lime Twist, and flagged with the Banner Triple Punch. "TO" is from Well Said, and "YOU" is cut with the Celebrate You Thinlits dies.
Isn't this perfect for a musician? It's on its way to my brother-in-law, and I know he'll appreciate it. In fact I'm sure he'll recognize the song in the Sheet Music stamp (answer: Fur Elise. Shouldn't it be Happy Birthday? 😊)
