It's Sneak Peek Week as we get ready for the debut of the new 2022-23 Annual Catalog from Stampin' UP! I've got lots to show you, and I'm really excited about today's card. If you missed my first "peek", check out yesterday's post, here.
I've got a fabulous, sparkly card to show you today:
OMG! The sparkles! The colors! The scrappy strips technique! Where to begin?
Let's start with the greeting:
One of the new stamp sets, Limited Edition, is the perfect companion for those of you who make and sell cards. Many of the stamps include the Stampin' UP! copyright that is required when selling cards made with Stampin' UP! products. But the stamp set also has fun little greetings, and this one is perfect!
And check out that gorgeous jewel - the Glossy Dots Assortment comes with 180 adhesive-backed gems in 3 sizes and four colors: Gorgeous Grape, Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight and Pool Party. But I thought this was the perfect complement to introduce the new In Color Tahitian Tide! This is a beautiful turquoise that will make you dream of tropical seas.
Just look at this sparkly ombre paper! The new In Color Glimmer Paper comes in the 5 new In Colors, each sheet an ombre dream! Sweet Sorbet, Tahitian Tide, Starry Sky, Orchid Oasis and Parakeet Party. I cut angled strips of each and added them to a piece of Basic Black with a skinny space between each color - if you look carefully you'll note the ombre effect; each strip fades from dark to light. 😍
And look at those stitched squares! Squee! The Stylish Shapes die collection is sure to become a favorite! 15 dies - circles and squares in graduated sizes and 4 banners, all stitched! LOVE!
The Tahitian Tide Metallic Woven Ribbon is another example of beauty and shine! I scrunched up a wad and placed it behind the greeting panel for a little extra pizzazz.
