Another Day, Another Fitting Florets Card

Day 3!  Have you been following along all week?  I'm featuring the Fitting Florets Collection with lots of samples this week.  Here's another:

Don't you love it when so many things come together?

I was so happy when I finished this card because all the pieces just FIT!  And that was no easy task!

I had two goals for this card:  To highlight the beautiful designer paper and to NOT make another holiday card!  ðŸ˜‚

I cut two pieces of the Fitting Florets paper and mounted them on skinny layers of Polished Pink.  They were adhered to a Night of Navy card base.  And then the fun began...

The frame was cut with one of the dies in the Framed Florets set.   I stamped the greeting, from Framed Florets in Night of Navy ink.  And all those flowers were cut from the Designer Paper (I cheated and used my Scan 'n Cut machine instead of fussy cutting!  But some of the images in the paper can be cut with the dies - such a bonus!).

A few Iridescent Rhinestones were the perfect finishing touch!

The Fitting Florets Collection of products is available now.  The Framed & Festive stamps, the Designer Paper and the Gold Swirl embellishments are only available while supplies last - you don't want to miss these!

Click on the products below and you can add them to your order through my on-line store!  I'd love to be your Stampin' UP! demonstrator!

A Floret Holiday Card

Back for a second day of a Week of Fitting Florets, and today we'll feature the Framed and Festive stamp set.  This exclusive set is available only while supplies last, and the fonts are SO delicious!

A vision in red and green with lots of holiday flowers!

This card actually came about because I had that Garden Green card base with the Basic White die-cut (from the Candy Canes dies) sitting on my desk.  I also had the Real Red layer, embossed with the Merry Melody embossing folder...so naturally a holiday card was in the making!

I cut a green frame with one of the Framed Florets dies, then used a piece of Vellum for the stamping.

I stamped it twice; using the Stamparatus allowed me to stamp once in Garden Green and again in Versamark right on top.  Then I heat-embossed the greeting with Clear Embossing Powder.

All the flowers are from Merriest Moments - they are easy to layer!

SO many products - coming together for a beautiful card!

And I've got more...see you tomorrow!

A Week of Fitting Florets

Have you seen the new Fitting Florets Collection?  It's so beautiful!  With TWO stamp sets (one special one just for the holidays), dies, patterned paper and little gold swirl embellishments, there is lots to keep you busy!

So how about a week of Fitting Florets?  I've been playing like crazy (I've already featured 3 cards on my blog - you can see them here, here and here) but I have more to show.  So let's get started, and then you can come back each day for more inspiration.

First up:

We'll start off with an easy one because everyone needs a good thank you note.  Colors here were taken from the designer paper - Soft Succulent and Polished Pink.  And there is very little stamping - those flowers are cut from the DSP with the dies!  Easy Peasy!

The little heart frame was cut using one of the dies.  That's all it does, but I used a second one to create the opening.  I also used the second die to make the white oval.  It was stamped with one of the greetings from the Framed Florets stamp set.

A double bow of Linen Thread and two In Color Opal Rounds finish off the card.

Such a pretty color combination!

So that's the first...and I've got more!  C'mon back tomorrow for another sample using the Fitting Florets collection.

And if you would like to order, see the info below; just click on the photo and you'll be taken directly to my on-line store - what could be easier?
