Convention Journal

Do you ever find something really cute and then are delighted that it's also functional?  That's what happened to me when I discovered the Kraft Grid Journals.  These little goodies are pocket-sized journals with a Kraft paper cover, perfect for decorating.  But even better, they are filled with a graph print paper--easy to take notes or draw samples on.  And best yet?  They come two to a pack for only $4.95!

So at Convention we were given one of these journals to decorate, using the Kinda Eclectic stamp set (my new fav!).  Look how cute this is:

So simple, but full of style!  We stamped the dots with Mossy Meadow, and added our sentiment with Blackberry Bliss.  The butterfly was stamped in Tangelo Twist and punched out, and mounted over the White Bakers Twine and a strip of Lost Lagoon, flagged on both ends.

A few Rhinestone Basic Jewels, and we called it "done"!  Love it!

All supplies available here.

And let's get creating.
