Gingerbread for Merry Monday

Gingerbread Man is adorable! There are coordinating dies that cut a huge cookie and lots of accessories for decorating your creations - think hats and scarves, candy canes and peppermint pinwheel candies. There's even a die for cutting off a limb! (Remember, it's a cookie! 😄 Does anyone remember Mr. Bill?)

I had fun creating my little guy. He's cut with Pecan Pie cardstock, and I used a stamp positioning tool to ink up the "icing" in Versamark and then embossing it with Wow White embossing powder.

There are several "faces" you can use - either by stamping or die cutting. Here I die-cut the eyes and mouth, and then I stamped the "cheeks" using Strawberry Slush ink (stamping off once).

I used a piece of the Peaceful Garden 12" x 12" designer series paper for the background, mounted on a Cloud Cover base.

And that tiny snowflake on the cup is a retired embellishment from last year - I had so many snowflakes I just have to use some up.

Gingerbread Man will be available Wednesday when the new catalog goes live. Products are available while supplies last, and I suspect this one will sell out quickly. So grab it while you can, and get "baking"!
