Sale-a-Bration is Coming!

Sale-a-Bration is that time of year when every $50 spent on Stampin' UP! products gets you a FREE pick from the Sale-a-Bration catalog.  And this year's Sale-a-Bration is going to be great!  There are a number of FREE stamp sets, as well as FREE patterned paper from which to choose, and they are all fun!

Here's my first play with one of the stamp sets, Approaching Perfection.  And I also used one of the FREE papers, Oh So Ombre:

First a short story - my husband's birthday is the day after Christmas.  As we will be traveling this week, I figured I better work on his card ahead of time.  See the letters on the card above?  I actually cut those to make a card for him.  As it turns out, I switched up my plans, and had these letters sitting on my desk, and since I really hate to waste anything, made this card.  But I needed an image on the top - Approaching Perfection to the rescue!

These fun candles were colored with Stampin' Write markers, then stamped.  I switched up the colors each time and love the way they came out.  But the flames were a little dull (I used Daffodil Delight, and they didn't stamp very dark) so I dug out some retired mini pearls, colored them with my Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blend marker and voila!

Note the background paper and the paper from which I cut the letters - that's the Oh So Ombre paper that is FREE.  It comes in Bermuda Bay, Blackberry Bliss, Granny Apple Green and Rococo Rose (all in one pack) and has the circle pattern (what you see here) as well as sheets of just colors, fading from dark to light.  Great paper, great colors, and you'll love it!

These are only two of the selections from Sale-a-Bration.  I'll have more samples after Christmas, and will hopefully whet your appetite for some FREE stuff!

Sale-a-Bration, coming soon - starts January 5th until February 28th!  Can't wait!

If you don't have a current demonstrator and need a Sale-a-Bration catalog, I'd love to send you one.  Drop me a note and I'll tell you how to get one FREE!
