A Fractured Christmas Card

It's Merry Monday and I have a "fractured" card for you.  And it features some beautiful new patterned paper that is only available while supplies last.  So before it runs out, let me show you:

This is called a "fractured" card because the strips create an effect of the card being "broken".  But it's really quite easy to do.

The Designer Series Paper is called Shining Christmas.  It's lovely, with foil details on each page.  Look:

All the berries on this sheet shine!

For the center of the card I pulled out the Christmas Classics dies - a perfect match for the holly leaves in the paper!  Cut with Mossy Meadow I tied two leaves together with Linen Thread. And see those berries? Did you know you can squirt a little Pearlized Enamel Effects on a Silicone Mat, let it dry and then add them to your cards with just a tiny spot of Liquid Glue?  Genius!

This DSP is only available while supplies last.  It can be found in the Online Exclusives here.  If you love foil, you'll love this paper!  Don't miss it.

A fractured card with foil accents - what could be prettier?

    1. Yes, there are instructions for the making of a double-fractured card. I created a little video that you can see here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xs5-6yi6yI4&t=63s
