I'm traveling this week, but I have a lot of samples from the January - April 2023 Mini Catalog and Sale-a-Bration brochure. I participate in a "swap" with other demos, where we create cards using new products and share them with the others in our group. I made 12 cards using both the new Mini and SAB, so I got 24 cards in return. I thought I could share them this week, so you can get ideas for your new products.
First up are two cards that use the SAB set Beautifully Happy, while one also used the new Favored Flowers Designer paper. The paper is FREE with a $50 purchase; the stamp set is FREE with a $100 purchase.
Jan Break made the card on the left, while Tammy DeWitt created the one on the right. Let's take a closer look:
Tammy stamped her flowers and cut them out. Her colors are Soft Succulent and Fresh Freesia.
Tammy used some Wink of Stella to pretty-up her flowers!
Tammy's card also used the same flowers, also cut out and with the same colors. But she added a number of other products - the Cane embossing folder for the Rich Razzleberry card base, the Desert Details dies, cut with Fresh Freesia cardstock, and the patterned layer of Favored Flowers DSP also cut with a die form Desert Details.
Tammy also used the Wink of Stella on her flowers.
Isn't it fun to see how different these two cards are? They use the same colors, the same stamp sets, but then the added details diverge, creating two distinctly different projects.
