Hues of Happiness

Do you love beautiful flowers but don't love stamping and coloring them?  Then this card is for you!

Lots of lovely flowers, but no stamping involved (well, except for the greeting).

The Hues of Happiness Designer Paper has four 12" x 12" sheets full of flowers that can be cut with the Blossoming Happiness dies (along with 8 other floral sheets - 12 pieces in all).  I recently had a class and needed to cut some of the flowers, so while I was at it, I cut two 6" x 12" pieces and die-cut all the flowers.  It was A LOT of flowers!  Pink, purple, blue and yellow, and lots of leaves!

And that's AFTER I had already used a bunch for my class!

So what to do with all these flowers?  Layer them on a card.

Did you see that some of the flowers were only pieces?  When cutting them out, I decided to cut them all, even those along the edge, and then I used them for layering.  In the card above, the two yellow flowers on the right, and the darker blue flower on the left are 1/2 flowers, but you can't tell when others are layered on top.  No waste!

The greeting is another from Charming Sentiments, and cut with the coordinating Sentiment Silhouette dies.  These will definitely be a favorite!  And can you see that white background?  I embossed it with the Gingham embossing folder - a perfect accent for a floral card!

The Hues of Happiness paper is part of the Hues of Happiness suite of products.  Get the Happiness Abounds stamps and the Blossoming Happiness dies in the bundle and save 10%.  But don't forget the fabulous paper, Hues of Happiness.  Because having so many flowers will make your card-making so much easier!
