Isn't this fun?
I took my cues from the Artistry Blooms patterned paper. I love the abstract brush strokes and the yummy colors! And my daughter has always loved high-heeled shoes, lipsticks and perfumes, so Dressed to Impress was the ONLY stamp set to use.
After stamping and coloring each of my images, I cut them with the coordinating dies, and jazzed them up a bit with some Wink of Stella.
I punched four colors of cardstock (chosen from the patterned paper) with the Rectangular Postage Stamp punch and ran each through my Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine (available NOW to demonstrators) with different embossing folders.
The black rhinestones were left-overs from an old Halloween purchase, but Basic Rhinestone Jewels can be brushed with our Dark Black Stampin' Blend pen for the same effect.
I had such fun creating this card; I know my daughter will love it!
Mixing a little old and a little new - what a great way to extend the use of your stamps and dies!
