FREE Tutorial

I made these cute little Mini Hand Sanitizer Holders for my attendees at my Open House last week.

They were well received, and I thought you might be interested in how I made them.  So I've got a FREE tutorial for you today.

Mini Hand Sanitizer Holders

This little treat packaging is very easy to make.  Follow along and create your own pretty boxes for mini hand sanitizers, found at Bath & Body.

  1. Start with a piece of cardstock (here, I used the Pretty Peacock, Blueberry Bushel and Old Olive, measuring 2” x 2-3/4”.  Score 1/2” on all four sides.  Cut corners as shown:

I also like to trim the outside corners:

2.  Crease on all score lines, using a bone folder and adhere corners to create a box:

3.  Take a 2” x 10” piece of cardstock (here I used the Noble Peacock Specialty Designer Series Paper) and score at 4-1/2” and again at 5-1/2”:

4.  Using a decorative tag punch, punch both ends:

5.  Add adhesive (I used Tombow Multipurpose Glue) to bottom of box:

6.  Place box between score lines on strip:

7.  Place hand sanitizer in box and fold up ends:

8.  Tie ribbon through punched ends to close:

9.  Decorate as desired (I used Time for Tags with the Timeless Label Punch, and added leaves with the Leaf Punch; the tags were cut with Stitched Nested Labels dies and Noble Peacock Foil):

Done:

I hope you liked this little tutorial and can now create your own hand sanitizer holders.  I'm always available for questions or clarification; just drop me an email or leave me a comment and I'll be sure to reply.
